David is a securities industry professional with over 20 years’ experience in fixed income brokerage, corporate finance and regulatory compliance. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Social Science. His experience includes the role of Managing Director of the UK office of a Canadian dollar bond brokerage. David is Corporate Secretary for Western Potash Corp. and oversees all corporate governance and regulatory compliance issues while reporting to the board of directors.  He is a member of the Company’s Commercial Team responsible for developing business opportunities via partnerships or joint ventures with respect to the Company’s Milestone potash project.
