Discovery Harbour has assembled a resource exploration and management team with the knowledge and experience required to build a diversified project and investment portfolio of quality assets in low to moderate risk jurisdictions. Discovery Harbour intends to develp these assets to generate shareholder value. Discovery Harbour is takes a broad view with respect to the acquisition of project or company interests, we possess the flexibility to: directly acquire an interest in companies or properties of merit, enter option agreements or make exploration/development expenditures to earn a project interest. The means by which Discovery Harbour can obtain an interest in, or ownership of, world class mineral deposits is limited only by our imagination, the financial resources we can bring to bear on each project and, our ability to negotiate. Discovery Harbour's most recent acquisition, the Wabassi project is an earned-in 51% interest (49% Northern Shield: TSX-V:NRN) in a layered intrusion with potential Cu-Ni mineralization (drill indicated, 2008 and 2011). The Wabassi project features a land position covering 35,136 ha. This district size land holding with multiple volcanogenic massive sulphide discoveries has the potential to be the first new volcanogenic massive sulfide district discovered in over 20 years. The Wabassi project now has a completed NI 43-101 and Discovery Harbour has earned its 51% interest in the Wabassi project, positioning Discovery Harbour to purue the exploration and development of the Wabassi project. Discovery Harbour is pursuing the acquisition of other projects of merit. These opportunities range from exploration through feasibility status. |
